We pack and ship orders from Japan using reliable international carriers. Shipping times, costs, and available methods depend on the destination country, package size, and current carrier availability.

Shipping Methods

We may offer one or more of the following shipping methods:

  • FedEx.

  • EMS Express Airmail.

  • Registered Airmail / ePacket Light, where available.

  • Airmail for larger or heavier packages.

Delivery estimates vary by destination, customs processing, and seasonal delays. In general, faster methods arrive sooner, while economy methods take longer.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within [1–3 business days] after payment is confirmed, unless otherwise stated. Processing may take longer during holidays, sales periods, or when an item requires special handling.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed.

  • Express services may take about 3–10 days.

  • Standard international services may take about 2–4 weeks.

  • Remote destinations and holiday periods may take longer.

Customs clearance and local postal conditions may also affect delivery speed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

  • Package size.

  • Destination country.

  • Selected shipping method.

Any shipping quote shown at checkout or provided by email may change if the final package size or weight differs from the initial estimate.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import taxes, VAT, duties, or other fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless we state otherwise in writing.

We do not control these charges and cannot predict the amount, if any, that may be collected by your local customs authority.

Address Requirements

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or extra charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Some carriers do not deliver to P.O. boxes or military addresses.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may not be available for all destinations because of customs rules, carrier restrictions, or local import laws. This may include food items, liquid products, batteries, or other regulated goods.

If an item cannot be shipped to your country, we may cancel that portion of the order and refund the item price.

Tracking

When available, tracking information will be provided after the package ships. Tracking may take time to update, especially once the parcel leaves Japan.

Delays and Lost Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, carrier disruptions, strikes, or other events outside our control. If a package appears lost or stalled, contact us and we will help investigate with the carrier when possible.
